Vision
In collaboration with different ministries, BioHub Taiwan, opened in Oct. 2018, is pushing impactful fundamental research into commercialization. Innovation Incubation Center of Biomedical Translation Center of Academia Sinica was established in Sep. 2019 to coordinate and execute mission of BioHub Taiwan. BioHub Taiwan is committed to build an innovative biomedical ecosystem to promote the development of innovative biomedical ecosystems in Taiwan.

Mission
- BioHub Taiwan aims to serve as a single enterprise to integrate resources among different Ministries, Academics, and Industries to provide one stop solution and offer relevant legal consultation.
- In strengthening the Biomedical Accelerator ecosystem, BioHub Taiwan welcome the installation of domestic and international partners, investors and venture capitals to station at the NBRP Mobile Office to maximize the opportunities of investment partnering.
- BioHub Taiwan combines Academia Sinica’s preeminent research capacities and the seven core facilities to support innovative R&D.
- BioHub Taiwan integrates interdisciplinary resources into the NBRP Academy to cultivate business talents and provide business mentoring.
Our Goal & Strategy

BioHub Taiwan achieved our short-term goal in building a professional management team, construct software and hardware facilities (Core facility, shared laboratory, shared office, mobile office and multi-functional meeting room). These infrastructures have paved a solid foundation to incubate innovative startups and progressively construct biomedical innovation ecosystem to promote impactful fundamental research into commercialization.
